Ms. Deming is a Florida native who attended the University of Florida and is an avid Gator Fan. She received her Juris Doctor from Barry University in 2009 and has been practicing personal injury law extensively for seventeen years. Ms. Deming started her career handling catastrophic product liability claims and worked for the largest personal injury firm in the nation, helping clients with their wrongful death and injury claims. Ms. Deming then went on to become a partner at a National Insurance Defense firm and represented the biggest retailer in the nation and various theme parks, nursing homes and governmental agencies and gas stations related to premises liability actions and wrongful death and injury claims. Ms. Deming then represented in-house, the top auto insurer in the State of Florida, defending insureds as it relates to bodily injury claims and disputes.

Ms. Deming has varied experience representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in her tenure as an attorney and has a passion for helping others who have been injured. Ms. Deming handles wrongful death claims, catastrophic injury claims as it relates to car accidents, premises liability actions, trucking accidents and nursing home cases.

In her spare time, Ms. Deming enjoys running, the Florida Gators and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, spending time with her family and two little girls, traveling and being outdoors.
